Financial Advisor, Funds Manager and Brokerage Services

Brazosport College is seeking a financial advisor, funds manager, and brokerage services provider to manage its endowment funds. The selected firm will be responsible for providing investment management services, quarterly written reports, and attending public meetings to present investment performance. The firm should have experience working with organizations similar in size and complexity to the College. The contract is expected to last for a minimum of two years with the option of two two-year extensions. Key requirements include: • Providing a detailed explanation of how the firm will address the scope of work • Providing a detailed fee proposal that clearly identifies all costs associated with the services offered • Providing qualifications, credentials, certifications, education, and relevant experience of key personnel • Providing at least three references for clients with similar project scope, services, or organizational size
