Recurring Ice Machine Maintenance Services

The Long Beach Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (LBVAHCS) is seeking to purchase Quarterly Recurring Maintenance Services for Ice Machines. The selected vendor will be required to perform quarterly inspection, maintenance, and repairs on 58 ice machines. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a base year and four one-year option periods. The vendor must have an active OSHA 29 CFR 1910 Training Certificate and EPA 608 Certification. The vendor will be required to provide a maintenance report after each service, which will include a description of the services performed, equipment information, and any deficiencies or corrective actions. • The vendor must have experience in performing ice machine maintenance and repairs. • The vendor must have the necessary certifications and licenses to perform the work. • The vendor must have a good past performance record. • The vendor must be able to provide the required reports and documentation. • The vendor must be able to work within the specified timeframe and budget.
