Description
The Office of the Attorney General is seeking a backup solution that includes cloud storage for all local files, Virtual Server images, and local physical servers. The solution must also include immutable backup for ransomware protection. The contract will be awarded to a Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering the price and evaluation factors. The scope of work includes the provision of Veeam Data Platform, installation and training services, and manufacturer's software warranty and maintenance.
* The contract is limited to Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS 2012).
* The solution must include cloud storage for all local files, Virtual Server images, and local physical servers.
* The solution must include immutable backup for ransomware protection.
* The contract duration is implied to be at least 1 year.
* The evaluation criteria include timeliness and accuracy of quote, cost, and basis for award recommendation.
