Description
The West Virginia Department of Administration, Purchasing Division is seeking a media/communications consultant to support the One-Stop-Shop Permitting Portal for the State of West Virginia. The consultant will provide services to meet the objectives and requirements specified in the RFP. The scope of work includes providing media and communications consulting services to support the permitting platform.
• The RFP is a best value procurement, and the award will be made to the highest scoring vendor based on a technical evaluation of the vendor's technical proposal and a cost evaluation.
• The contract term will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to three successive one-year periods.
• The vendor must provide proof of licenses, certifications, and permits as required by the State.
• The vendor must comply with all terms and conditions contained in the solicitation and contract.
