Description
The Springfield Redevelopment Authority (SRA) is prequalifying firms interested in providing public CM at Risk services for the Willow Street Parking Structure Project. The proposed site project consists of a 2 bay, 5 level precast parking structure with approximately 365-375 parking spaces. The estimated construction cost is $25,000,000.
• The project involves a site visit on January 28, 2026, at 1 pm (EST).
• Questions are due back by January 28th at 2 pm (EST) to SRA-CPO.
• Only prequalified firms will be invited to Phase II (RFP).
• The garage will support existing parking patrons and parking for planned urban renewal developments in the immediate vicinity.
