Notice of Intent to Sole Source Edwards Telemetry Security Supplies & Services

The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Test Center (AFTC), intends to negotiate and award a sole-source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to L3 Technologies, Inc. (L3T) for Telemetry Security Products and Services. The contract will provide continued, uninterrupted procurement of National Security Agency (NSA) Type 1/High Assurance Device (HAD) secure telemetry products, which are essential for encrypting and protecting classified and sensitive flight test data. The products include telemetry data decryptors, telemetry data encryption units, and other related accessories and services. The contract has a total estimated ceiling of $95.8M and a period of performance of 10 years, consisting of a 5-year base ordering period and one 5-year option period.
