BID NOTICE: TWO (2) INDUSTRIAL WHEEL LOADERS

The City of Minot is seeking bids for the purchase of two industrial wheel loaders. The loaders must meet specific minimum specifications, including a diesel engine with a minimum net 220 hp, an operating weight of at least 41,000 pounds, and a transmission with a minimum of four forward and three reverse speeds. The loaders will be used by the Street and Water Department. • The bid must include the price for one loader, and the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The successful bidder must provide a five-year, 4000-hour full machine warranty with no deductible and a loaner unit at no charge. • The bidder must also maintain a parts inventory sufficient to offer a level of parts availability of normal wear-out items within 48 hours from the time of order. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest and best bid, and payment will be made within 30 days after acceptance of the unit.
