Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for kitchen equipment preventative maintenance and as needed repairs at Big Spring State Hospital. The scope of work includes providing preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs for commercial kitchen equipment. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, with the possibility of renewal or extension. The bidder must submit a comprehensive response, including all required information and documentation, to be considered for award. The response must include a pricing sheet, bidder reference form, and other pertinent information.
• The contract will be awarded to the bidder who submits the most responsive and responsible bid.
• The bidder must have experience in providing similar services to large institutions or organizations.
• The bidder must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the required services.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance and bonding, if required.
