The addition will house features of the sign shop and includes lighting and HVAC improvements. The contractor must figure its Base Bid on the specified materials and equipment only, with no "or equal" or substitution proposals permitted after Bid opening. A mandatory prebid meeting will be held at the project site on March 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
