BICENTENNIAL PARK SEAWALL HARDENING IMPROVEMENTS

The Town of Lantana is seeking bids for the Bicentennial Park Seawall Hardening Improvements project. The work includes the installation of a 489 linear foot steel sheet panel seawall with a new concrete cap and raising approximately 61 linear feet of the existing seawall cap. Other tasks include seawall joint and concrete repairs, protection of existing mangrove and sea grass, and installation of drainage pipes and inlets. The contractor will be responsible for all restoration in the adjacent park area and must meet all permit requirements and conditions. • Installation of a 489 linear foot steel sheet panel seawall • Raising approximately 61 linear feet of the existing seawall cap • Seawall joint and concrete repairs • Protection of existing mangrove and sea grass • Installation of approximately 557 linear feet 18-inch drainage pipe and 4 ditch bottom inlets • Demolition and replacement of approximately 170 square yards concrete sidewalk • Installation of an 18-inch backcheck valve and a manatee grate at the stormwater outfall
