Budget estimate

$1,200,000 – $1,900,000

Based on the published bid results, total contract values range from approximately $1.28 million to $1.82 million. Considering typical profit margins for construction of this size (10‑15 %), the client could expect earnings in the low‑to‑mid‑hundreds of thousands. Thus a reasonable estimate is $1.2 million to $1.9 million in contract value, yielding about $120k–$270k net profit after expenses.
