Description
The State of Maryland’s Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services is seeking bids from existing Master Contractors (under contract 060B2490022) to provide hardware procurement, installation, training, warranty support, and maintenance for HID Global Livescan equipment. This Small Business Reserve procurement is limited to certified small‑business vendors and requires electronic submission via the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system. The scope includes microcomputers, servers, printers, networking gear, security cameras, installation services, and a one‑year manufacturer’s extended warranty. Bids will be evaluated solely on the lowest price, with a mandatory 90‑day price validity and compliance with state invoicing requirements. The contract will be a fixed‑price, one‑year agreement with the possibility of additional years if funded.
