The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to produce 250 “Getting Ready for Surgery” pocket folders (9″ × 12″ finished size) with two interior pockets, printed on a four‑color process, and to deliver a press‑quality digital PDF of the final product. The contractor must handle pre‑press, printing, folding, gluing, packaging, and shipment to the Fort Harrison VA Health Center, and provide a one‑year warranty on the finished folders.
• Print face‑only pocket folders on 100‑120 # smooth cover stock (JCP L21) using CMYK process.
• Provide a press‑quality PDF proof for approval, then a final production‑ready PDF.
• Package shrink‑wrapped containers (≤ 40 lb each) with GPO Form 905 labeling and ship by July 7 2026.
