Description
The Parish of Pointe Coupee is seeking qualified firms to design, procure, install, and commission an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system for water and gas utilities. The contract will cover engineering, hardware procurement, installation, testing, and training. Bids must be submitted by June 15, 2026.
• Scope includes full‑system design, meter installation, communications network, and data management software.
• Requires experience with utility metering, SCADA/AMI platforms, and compliance with Louisiana utility regulations.
• Contractor must provide a firm price, schedule, and warranty for the complete system, and support during the initial commissioning phase.
