Description
The Office of State Procurement is seeking bids for a Blanket Order Contract to provide Material, Elastic, and Separating Sheets for the Louisiana Department of Corrections - Prison Enterprises. The contract will have an initial period from the date of award to December 31, 2026, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The contractor will be required to deliver the materials as needed by the agency, with no shipments to be made until the agency calls for them. The contractor must be able to obtain and supply the items at their bid price for the entire contract period and within the delivery timeframe provided.
* The materials include orange twill material, lime green twill material, 54" muslin sheeting, white broadcloth material, separating sheets, and white knitted elastic.
* The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including those related to civil rights, disabilities, and environmental protection.
* The contractor must also comply with the provisions of the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Energy Policy and Conservation Act.
* The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications.
