Proposal for Emergency Vehicle Lighting and Equipment

The Navajo Nation Department of Fire & Rescue Service is seeking a qualified vendor to install, service, maintain, and repair emergency lighting, sirens, communication, and related equipment on all fire and rescue vehicles across the Nation. The contract will run for five years and requires 24/7 field service capability, travel to numerous remote fire stations in both Arizona and New Mexico, and submission of a detailed technical proposal plus a separate cost envelope. • Scope includes LED/strobe lights, sirens, radios, GPS, wiring, and software for all fire apparatus. • Vendor must provide continuous on‑call support (24 hrs/7 days) and have service trucks capable of road‑call repairs at remote stations. • Evaluation weighted toward experience, service quality, geographic proximity, Navajo‑business preference, and cost.
