Outdoor Exhibit - Crane & Certified Operator Services

The West Virginia Department of Tourism is soliciting quotations to establish a contract with a qualified vendor to provide a properly sized crane, certified operator, rigging, and related services to transport, lift, and set one historic locomotive and one historic coal shuttle car. The vendor will be responsible for lifting and setting the locomotive and shuttle car on site. The project requires the vendor to have the necessary equipment and expertise to safely transport and lift the historic items. • The vendor must provide a properly sized crane and certified operator. • The vendor must have the necessary rigging and related services to transport and lift the historic locomotive and coal shuttle car. • The vendor must be able to safely set the historic items on site. • The vendor must have the necessary expertise and equipment to complete the project.
