Description
The City of Seaside is seeking a contractor to provide landscape maintenance services for city facilities. The contract will cover various locations, including City Hall, City Library, Police Station, and other areas. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining trees, landscape areas, plantings, and lawn areas. The contract will be for a period of 48 months, with an option to renew. The city is looking for a contractor who can provide high-quality services at a competitive price.
• Maintain all trees, landscape materials, and lawn areas at City Hall and other designated locations.
• Provide care and maintenance of all trees and landscape areas at the Police Station and other locations.
• Maintain the landscape yard area around the "Welcome to Seaside" sign and the triangle-shaped yard area across Holladay on the west side of Holladay and 101.
• Maintain the 13 trees in grates on 1st Avenue, including grate cleaning and weeding under the grates.
• Maintain the 8 trees in grates on Columbia, including grate cleaning and weeding under the grates.
• Maintain the 11 trees in grates on Oceanway, including grate cleaning and weeding under the grates.
• Maintain the 2 trees in grates on Edgeway, including grate cleaning and weeding under the grates.
• Maintain the trees, landscaping, and lawn at the Chamber of Commerce/Roosevelt Drive Lawn Area.
• Maintain the shrubs, landscaping, and lawn at the Church Building.
• Maintain the landscape planter beds on N. Holladay Drive, including fertilizing, weeding, pruning, and watering.
• Maintain the North "Y" Landscape Planter, including fertilizing, weeding, pruning.
• Maintain the lawn with mowing and fertilizer and landscaping at the Butterfield Cottage and Seaside Museum.
