Description
The Carthage Water & Electric Plant is seeking qualified contractors to establish an annual renewable agreement for on-call, as-needed general excavating services. The services include excavation, trenching, backfilling, site restoration, dirt hauling and delivery, hydroseeding, project site cleanup, storm damage response, and other related services. The contractor will be required to provide a certificate of insurance and comply with the terms and conditions of the agreement.
• The agreement is for an annual renewable term.
• The contractor must have experience in the proposed type of work.

• The contractor will be required to perform services on an as-needed basis.
