Armored Vehicle and Mail Courier Services

The El Paso Independent School District is seeking a contractor to provide daily armored vehicle services for financial deposits and separate mail distribution services across all district facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining distinct operational protocols and documentation requirements for each service. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option to extend for up to four additional years. The contractor will be required to provide trained, licensed, and bonded personnel for money handling operations, as well as secure vehicles and equipment for financial deposits and mail distribution. Key aspects of the job include: • Daily armored vehicle routes for monetary deposit collections • Secure collection and transport of financial deposits • Maintenance of separate chain of custody documentation for financial transactions • Provision of trained personnel for mail handling • Coordination of mail service activities with district personnel • Compliance with federal and state regulations governing armored vehicle operations • Weekly reporting of collection metrics and security compliance
