DMH - HCL Domino Renewal

The State of Ohio – Department of Behavioral Health is soliciting dealers for the renewal of 175 HCL Domino Complete Collaboration licenses. The licenses are for a one year term, from 01.01.2026 to 12.31.2027. The department is seeking suppliers who offer these products on an existing Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) Contract, State Term Schedule (“STS”), Group Purchasing Contract ("GPC"), or Master Maintenance Agreement ("MMA"). The awarded supplier must include all applicable costs for delivery, setup, and warranty in their submission. • The department is looking for the lowest-cost responsive and responsible supplier. • Suppliers must provide all applicable costs for delivery, setup, and warranty in their submission. • Pricing must be clearly entered into the OhioBuys item grid and prices must be at or lower than current contracted pricing. • The applicable DAS contract number is required within the comment column of the grid or in the attachment if an attachment is provided.
