Description
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking quotes for the lease of a Dehumidification (DH) System. The system should be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The lease period is from 08/07/2026 to 11/06/2026, with three options to extend the lease for one month each. The vendor should provide technical information, past performance, and pricing for the lease. The Government will evaluate the quotes based on technical acceptability, past performance, and price.
• The lease should include the provision of a Dehumidification System.
• The vendor should provide documentation of two projects/contracts that demonstrate recent and relevant experience with the rental and maintenance of forklifts.
• The vendor should provide firm, fixed prices for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN).
• The vendor should provide a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation.
• The vendor should provide a technical proposal that includes responses to clearly demonstrate that all the requirements included in the specifications will be met.
