The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is soliciting bids for a one‑year Requirements Contract (“RC”) to supply portion‑control food‑service items for the Department of Correction (DOC). The contract is a “C”‑type unit‑price, indefinite‑quantity agreement covering a defined list of single‑serve packets, cups, and related items. Bidders must meet NYC Food Standards, New York State sourcing requirements, and submit all required certifications and labeling documentation through the PASSPort portal.
