CTSI SAO Office and USDA Remodel

The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians seek a qualified contractor to provide construction services for the remodel of the Salem Area Office facility, including the development of a compliant USDA-grade commercial kitchen. The project includes demolition, architectural improvements, mechanical/electrical/plumbing upgrades, finish improvements, accessibility upgrades, and installation of commercial kitchen equipment. The contractor will be required to provide a detailed construction schedule, performance and payment bonds, and maintain required insurance coverage. The project is expected to start in Summer 2026 and be completed by Fall 2026. • The contractor will be responsible for verifying all field dimensions prior to construction and coordinating construction sequencing to minimize disruption to CTSI services. • The contractor will be required to provide temporary partitions, dust control, and safety barriers, and maintain egress routes and life safety systems at all times. • The contractor will be responsible for protecting existing utilities, landscaping, and adjacent facilities, and providing final cleaning and building commissioning prior to acceptance. • The contractor will be required to provide as-built drawings and finals as installed, equipment manuals and warranties, operations and maintenance training, and final inspection coordination.
