Description
Michigan State University’s Procurement Division is seeking a qualified supplier (or suppliers) to provide a comprehensive catalog of new, genuine computer accessories and peripherals for the university’s Tech Store. The scope includes a wide range of items such as adapters, cables, docking stations, keyboards, mice, headphones, storage devices, cases, chargers, and related accessories, all covered by manufacturer warranties and compatible with Windows 10/11 and current Apple operating systems. The contract will be a three‑year Master Supply Agreement with options for bulk‑pricing, discount structures, and optional training or installation services.
• Supply and timely delivery (within 2 business days for standard items) of ~300 SKUs across categories like audio/video, docking stations, storage, networking, and mobile accessories.
• Provide warranty support, RMA handling, and product recall management; no on‑site inventory requirement—distribution can be through authorized distributors.
• Offer competitive pricing (discounts off MSRP), bulk‑purchase options, and optional marketing development funds; optional training or installation services are valued but not mandatory.
