Surveillance Cameras for Satellite Tax Collector's Office

The County of San Mateo Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office is seeking proposals for the design and installation of a high-definition surveillance camera system for its new satellite office. The system should provide high-definition coverage, be a "buy-once" solution with no ongoing reoccurring costs, and have robust and reliable infrastructure. The project includes the installation of seven networked cameras, a network video recorder (NVR), and other equipment. The proposer should have experience with similar projects and provide a clear breakdown of costs. • The system should have a minimum resolution of 1080p at 10-15 FPS. • The system should have nighttime recording capabilities. • The system should have a minimum of six months of motion-based footage retention. • The proposer should provide a certificate of insurance and a signed W-9. • The proposer should have a C-7 Low Voltage Systems License. • The proposer should be an authorized integrator for Axis Communications and Tyco/Exacq.
