Description
The City of Dexter is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the existing runway lighting system on Runway 18/36 at Dexter Municipal Airport. The work requires complete removal of the current fixtures, installation of new lighting units, associated wiring, control equipment, and any necessary civil modifications, all performed under prevailing‑wage and federal contract requirements. The contract will be awarded on a sealed‑bid, fixed‑price basis.
• Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services to fully replace runway lighting.
• Must comply with Davis‑Bacon, Title VI, DBE good‑faith effort (0 % goal), Buy‑American, and other federal regulations.
