Parks and Open Space Concrete Replacement

The City of Wheat Ridge is seeking a contractor to remove and replace concrete at designated Right of Way, Parks, and Open Space sites. The work must meet ADA standards, City requirements, and include proper traffic control and erosion protection as necessary. The project includes multiple locations, such as Anderson Park, 32nd Ave. and Cody, Wheat Ridge Recreation Center, Active Adult Center, and Randall Park. The contractor will be responsible for all clearing, grubbing, haul away, and compaction, as well as installing new concrete ramps and pads. • Remove and replace damaged sidewalks and curbs • Install new ADA compliant concrete ramps and pads • Provide proper traffic control and erosion protection • Meet all ADA standards and City requirements • Complete all work within the designated timeline • Ensure all work is done in a safe and professional manner
