The City will work with the selected vendor to establish the applicable tax for contract award.COMPLIANCE WITH TITLE VI: This solicitation includes a Title VI attachment that requires the awarded vendor to comply with nondiscrimination requirements, Title VI, and other applicable federal requirements.ESTIMATED QUANTITIES: Any quantities specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities that will be purchased; however, they are not guaranteed.
