Hardware and Software Maintenance for Existing DDN EXAScaler Storage System – MSU2025043

Mississippi State University’s High‑Performance Computing Collaboratory seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive hardware and software maintenance for three existing DDN EXAScaler storage systems. The contract covers parts‑only support, remote 24×7 technical assistance, on‑site parts replacement (no labor), and premium or post‑EOSL software subscription services over a two‑year period for two systems and a ten‑month period for a third system. The vendor must supply spares for a detailed list of appliances, enclosures, drives, cables, racks, PDUs, memory modules, adapters and other accessories, and manage the software licensing for the EXAScaler platform.
