Design Build-NC Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services

The project consists of renovating twelve bathrooms, six at the Raleigh Farmers Market and six at Piedmont Triad Farmers Market. The work includes painting upgrades, new doors, hardware, and frames, providing ADA compliant facilities, new sinks, urinals, and lavatories, and other renovations. The project must be completed in phases to ensure one men's and women's facility remains open at all times. The key aspects of the project include: • Renovating twelve bathrooms • Providing ADA compliant facilities • Upgrading lighting, heating, and ventilation systems • Installing new tile flooring, wall tiles, and floor drains • Ensuring compliance with North Carolina state licensing requirements
