Description
The City of Madison is seeking pricing for tire services, including mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, valve stem and tire disposal, for approximately 1 to 10 vehicles per month. The services may require on-site repairs for vehicles that cannot be towed. The City is looking to establish pricing for 2026-2028 and is interested in knowing the discount on tires purchased outside of the State contract. Vendors should be within a 20-mile radius of the City of Madison. The key services include:
• Tire mounting and dismounting
• Wheel balancing
• Valve stem and tire disposal
• On-site repairs for vehicles that cannot be towed
The City of Madison utilizes the State of Wisconsin contracted prices and Sourcewell Cooperative Purchase Agreements, but is open to considering other options.
