Workforce Data Credential Training

The Ohio Department of Education and Workforce seeks a qualified contractor to design and deliver a comprehensive workforce‑data credential program. The contractor will create a digital guidebook, develop an online training course, define credential requirements, and produce an end‑of‑course assessment. All deliverables become owned by DEW and will be hosted in the state’s learning management system. The effort is delivered under a double‑envelope RFP process with technical and cost proposals submitted via OhioBuys. • Develop a digital guidebook covering workforce‑related data sources for education decision‑makers (college/career exploration, work‑based learning, CTE). • Design and build an interactive training course, including curriculum, multimedia assets, and learner assessments. • Define credentialing standards and create a final assessment instrument to validate learner competence. • Provide all documentation, source files, and final content to DEW for hosting in the statewide LMS. • Follow strict proposal formatting rules (title, page numbering, resumes within technical proposal, separate cost envelope, inclusion of Offeror Acknowledgements and Current Agreements Disclosure).
