Description
The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service Laboratory Programs is seeking to establish a contract for Urine Drug Screen test kits, consumables, and supplies necessary to perform Urine Drug Screen testing on MedTox analyzers. The contract will include confirmatory testing services and analyzer replacement as needed. The contractor must provide brand name specific products, with no alternative or generic reagents, supplies, and consumables accepted. The contract period of performance will be for one year, and the contract will be firm fixed price with consumables and reagents provided.
• The contract will include supplies for several Indian Health Centers, including the Santa Fe Indian Health Center, Taos-Picuris Indian Health Center, Mescalero Indian Health Center, and Jicarilla Indian Health Center.
• The contractor must provide MedTox brand products, with no substitutions or alternatives accepted.
• The selection criteria will be based on price, with other factors such as order to delivery time, product availability, and ability for lot sequestering also considered.
• The suggested vendor is MedTox Diagnostics Inc.
