Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide brand name or equal bulk road rock salt for the WNY Healthcare System. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the salt to the WNY Healthcare System Grounds Garage or other on-site location. The contract period is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, with four option years. The contractor must provide a technical description of the items being offered, price and discount terms, and past performance information.
• The contractor must deliver bulk road rock salt that meets the specified requirements, including composition and quality.
• The contractor must provide a separate quote for each option year.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, executive orders, rules, and regulations.
• The contractor must provide product samples, if required.
• The contractor must submit a completed copy of the representations and certifications at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-3.
