Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to purchase various janitorial supplies, including janitor carts, mops, trash cans, and waste receptacles, for the Bakersfield VA Clinic. The solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The contractor must provide brand name or equal products that meet or exceed the physical, functional, and performance characteristics listed in the solicitation. The contract will be awarded based on a comparative evaluation of quotes, considering factors such as technical capability, delivery schedule, and price.
• The contractor must deliver the supplies within 60 days after receipt of the order.
• The contractor is responsible for removing and properly disposing of all waste related to the services provided on-site at all VA facilities.
• The contractor must ensure adequate LAN/Internet, data, information, and system security in accordance with VA standard operating procedures and standard contract language, conditions laws, and regulations.
• The contractor must follow all applicable VA policies and procedures governing information security.
• The contractor must provide a statement regarding the terms and conditions in the solicitation, indicating whether they are acceptable without modification, deletion, or addition.
