Purchase of Bunk Beds for the Ontario County Jail

The beds must meet specific dimensions, material, and weight capacity requirements. The mattresses must also meet specific dimensions, material, and assembly requirements. The vendor must provide a minimum 10-year warranty on the bed frame and a minimum 2-year warranty on the mattress. The vendor must also provide dedicated customer support and training for jail staff on the proper use and maintenance of the beds. • The beds must be delivered within 60 days of the purchase order date. • The vendor must adhere to specific packaging and shipping requirements. • The vendor must provide inspection and acceptance of the delivered beds. • The vendor must replace any damaged or non-compliant beds at no additional cost.
