Budget estimate

$20,000 – $100,000

The solicitation does not disclose the contract ceiling. Based on typical municipal legal‑notice advertising rates in a mid‑size California city, annual spend for a qualified newspaper can range from roughly $20,000 for minimal notice volume to $100,000 or more for higher frequency, color ads, and supplemental fees (e.g., rush jobs, retractions). The estimate assumes an average of 50–250 notice columns per year at $80–$400 per column, plus ancillary fees.
