Description
The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking competitive quotes for the sealant replacement at the Le Mars Maintenance Garage. The project involves removing and replacing approximately 1,650 linear feet of existing building sealant and backer rods at control joints, expansion joints, and around penetrations and windows. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project. The project is expected to start upon notice to proceed and executed contract, with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2026.
