Description
The Department of Health is seeking proposals for network support services to facilitate the planning and coordination of activities and meetings for the Florida Comprehensive HIV/AIDS Planning Network, the Florida Viral Hepatitis Network, and Statewide Advisor Groups. The selected provider will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, and facilitating conference calls and webinars. The provider must have experience in planning and facilitating HIV/AIDS prevention and care planning group activities, meeting facilitation, and change management. The contract is expected to be for a three-year period, with the possibility of renewal.
• The provider must have a minimum of five years of experience in planning and facilitating HIV/AIDS prevention and care planning group activities.
• The provider must have a minimum of five years of experience in meeting facilitation.
• The provider must have a minimum of three years of experience in change management.
• The provider must have experience in coordinating and facilitating conference calls, meetings, and webinars.
• The provider must have experience in data analysis of HIV and Hepatitis.
