Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) is seeking to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Bloomberg Finance L.P. for a Bloomberg Terminal subscription in support of the National Defense University (NDU). The subscription will provide online site licenses for the NDU Colleges, including real-time global financial data, analytics, and proprietary tools. The contractor must provide a trusted and reliable source of robust and high-level open source financial analysis to meet the minimum needs and requirements of the faculty, staff, and students. The subscription period will last for 12 months starting 19 September 2026.
• The contractor must provide Bloomberg Terminal Anywhere Client Licenses (3 each) for the base and options I-IV.
• The contractor must deliver the licenses by 19 September 2026 (base) and subsequent years for options I-IV.
• The contractor must provide real-time global financial data, analytics, and proprietary tools essential for instruction, research, and curriculum delivery.
• The contractor must align with course learning objectives, graduate-level rigor, and instructional methodology.
• The contractor must provide unique solutions for the Defense and Intelligence community.
