Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a team to perform concept, design, and environmental services for the Pre-let and Post-let phases for projects within the Alternative Delivery program. The selected team will provide project development deliverables, including conceptual work, special studies, traffic and revenue analysis, environmental documents, geotechnical investigation, traffic analysis, and support for major interstate interchange concepts. The team will also provide post-let submittal reviews and environmental re-evaluations.
• The project includes two contracts: one for Region 1 (Districts 1, 6, and 7) and one for Region 2 (Districts 2, 3, 4, and 5)
• The team will be required to provide a range of services, including engineering, environmental, and traffic analysis
• The project will involve working with various stakeholders, including the Georgia Department of Transportation and other contractors
• The selected team will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality for any projects that restricted firms are actively working on as a member of a Design-Builder
