Description
The State of Louisiana’s Office of State Procurement is seeking qualified vendors to provide a blanket‑order contract for the rental of various medical gas cylinders and liquid oxygen tanks to the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) Northeast Louisiana Veterans Home. The contract will commence on award and run through June 30 2027, with the option to extend for two additional 12‑month periods (maximum 36 months). Vendors must submit price quotes for multiple cylinder types (GP‑55, “H”, “E”, liquid oxygen) on a per‑unit basis, include delivery to the DVA site, and be able to fulfill orders on an as‑needed weekly schedule. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; the State reserves the right to reject individual line items. All bids must be submitted electronically via the LaGov portal by the bid opening date of 10/20/2026.
