Description
The Kansas Department for Children and Families is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services at the Lenexa Service Center. The contract will be for a period of 60 months, with the option for renewal. The contractor will be responsible for providing a clean and sanitary environment, including emptying waste baskets, cleaning floors, and sanitizing surfaces. The contractor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to immigration, sexual harassment, and discrimination.
• The contractor must provide janitorial services at the specified office, resulting in a clean and sanitary environment.

• The contractor must provide at least two in-state references from customers they are currently providing janitorial services to.
