Snow & Ice Removal at Bus Stops

Howard County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide snow and ice removal services at selected RTA bus stops throughout the county, including adjacent sidewalks, walkways, and related surfaces. The contractor must respond to each qualifying snowfall event (≥ 4 inches) within 24 hours, perform a follow‑up clearing 24 hours later, and use Calcium Magnesium Acetate (CMA) as the de‑icing agent on all non‑roadway surfaces. The contract is a one‑year initial term with the possibility of up to five additional one‑year renewals, and the work is performed on a per‑stop pricing model. • Services triggered by weather events, requiring rapid response and re‑inspection. • Must supply labor, equipment, and CMA de‑icing material; all work is F.O.B.
