Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for City Park

The City of Bradenton is seeking a qualified Proposer to provide Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) services for City Park Complex. The project involves the construction of a baseball and entertainment complex with three new baseball fields, concession area, restrooms, and an open plaza for concerts and public events. The selected CMAR will be responsible for pre-construction and construction phase services, including providing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal. The project is expected to be built in four phases and will last several years. • The Proposer must be a Certified General Contractor (CGC) or Certified Building Contractor (CBC) licensed from the State of Florida. • The Proposer should demonstrate experience providing Construction Management Services. • The Proposer's past performance and experience with projects that indicate proficiency in similar work with public outreach will be evaluated. • The Proposer's approach to providing the proposed scope, including project management techniques, controls, programs, and technologies, will be evaluated.
