Description
The U.S. Embassy in The Hague, Netherlands, invites companies to submit a quotation for Hotel Accommodation Services for the period January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. The requirement includes the rental of a fully furnished, smoke-free, one-bedroom apartment that meets the minimum standards outlined in the attached Solicitation documents. The apartment must be located on the ground floor and equipped with facilities such as wireless internet, en suite room with bathroom and bath/shower, complete kitchen, washing machine and dryer, biweekly cleaning, and biweekly change of bath and bed linen. The contractor shall provide 24/7 on-site facilities maintenance and respect "do not disturb" signs.
