This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to perform a comprehensive drainage improvement (DIP) on multiple county roads in Atlantic County, NJ. The work includes installation and replacement of drainage structures, culvert and pipe work, roadway reconstruction (curb, sidewalk, HMA paving), traffic control, utility coordination, erosion‑control, and post‑construction maintenance.
