Mid-America Regional Council’s Emergency Rescue program (MARCER) seeks qualified vendors to provide large‑volume warehousing and pre‑hospital medical supplies to its member EMS agencies and hospitals. The contract will be a two‑year fixed‑price agreement (with three optional one‑year extensions) covering periodic shipment of standardized equipment kits to local warehouses, stations, or designated locations.
