The Town of Roxbury is seeking bids for the Roxbury Community Hall MERP / ADA Project, 2025. The project includes renovations and energy improvements to the hall, such as demo, reconstructing and insulating walls, priming new wall surfaces, replacing windows, installing attic insulation and safety railing, constructing basement stairs, and more. The estimated value of the project is $80,000.
